STONEWAVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO THE FINAL INSPECTION DECISION ON CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNED TYRES UNDER EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTY COVERAGE. STONEWAVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TEST ALL TYRES RETURNED FOR VIBRATION. THE STONEWAVE PROTECT PROGRAM HEREIN IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND STONEWAVE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STONEWAVE DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ALL CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. THE REMEDIES OUTLINED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY. THIS IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY MADE BY STONEWAVE. NO STONEWAVE EMPLOYEE, RETAILER, OR WHOLESALER HAS THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, PROMISE, OR AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF STONEWAVE EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY WRITTEN IN THIS STONEWAVE PROTECT PROGRAM. THIS STONEWAVE PROTECT PROGRAM HAS BEEN DESIGNATED A “ LIMITED WARRANTY ” STONEWAVE DOES NOT INTEND TO REPRESENT THROUGH THIS STONEWAVE PROTECT PROGRAM THAT TIRE FAILURES CAN OR CANNOT HAPPEN.
TYRE REPLACEMENT AND RELATED COSTS
An equivalent new Stonewave tire shall be either i) from the same range of tires or ii) a tire that has the same general construction and quality. If warranty coverage applies due to workmanship or materialrelated issues, the eligible tire will be replaced pro-rata for the owner.
The costs for mounting and balancing along with applicable taxes, will be the owner’s responsibility. Suppose a warranty claim arises from workmanship or material-related issues that do not qualify for a free replacement. In that case, the owner will be accountable for replacement costs, mounting, balancing, and applicable taxes. The replacement cost shall be calculated using the formula below. If treadwear warranty coverage is offered, the owner will be responsible for the costs associated with replacement, mounting, balancing, and applicable taxes. Replacement cost shall be determined as
follows:
Consumer Replacement Cost = Stonewave’s Selling Price X Tread Wear %
TYRE REPLACEMENT AND RELATED COSTS
Any replacement tires provided pursuant to this Limited Warranty shall be covered by the Stonewave warranty in effect at the time of replacement.
OBTAINING REPLACEMENT TYRES
Replacement tires can only be obtained from the authorized Stonewave Business Partner (retailer)
where the tires were originally purchased. To get a replacement tire, you must present the original proof
of purchase (invoice) to the original authorized Stonewave Business Partner (retailer).
